Tantra Flow Yoga™ 300-Hour
Part 1: Pranamaya Kosha (100-Hour)
Part 2: Manomaya Kosha (100-Hour)
Part 3: Vijnanamaya Kosha (100-Hour)
Next Course: TBD
The student will now advance into more subtle practices with the deeper inner layers of the body.
Students who complete the program will have a personal, daily Pranayama and Meditation practice established into their routine
According to the yogic perspective, a human body is broken into five layers, known in Sanskrit as Koshas. Most yoga courses and practices attend to the outer layer, the physical form. This is not a complete practice and can lead to a lack of fulfillment in many aspects of life.
In the Tantra Flow Yoga 300-hour Teacher Training, the student will now learn how to work with the inner layers of the body, which are experienced as Prana, Mind, and Wisdom. The training is broken into three 100-hour modules to honor each of these layers. Each module includes posture categories that apply to that theme with corresponding anatomy and refined hands-on adjustments.
Sequencing is now explored with an intention to cultivate, balance, or decrease energy, pending on the need. Yoga is not just about asana, it’s about moving practitioners towards their Truth. Students will be taught techniques to develop their own personal pranayama practice, concentration practice, and meditation practice. This infuses the toolbox to amplify teaching skills. Everything begins with one’s personal practice.
This training is designed for the yoga teacher ready to progress the skillset and for the devoted yoga practitioner hungry for more. It takes you beyond the mainstream understanding of this ancient tradition towards actually experiencing its transformative potential.
Tantra Flow Yoga is a Yoga Alliance registered school. Upon completing the requirements of the training, you will be eligible to register through Yoga Alliance as a 300-hour level teacher.
