A common resolution in the New Year is the intention to meditate – either to start a practice or to do more of it.

We know meditation can be good for us, but it’s so hard to start. If we start, life seems to get so busy and out of control that we can’t remain consistent so, it becomes another surrendered resolution.

Many studies have found that meditation not only brings a calmer mind, it contributes to healing the physical and emotional health. Other studies found that it takes 21 days for a new behavior to become a habit. In that light, we have created a 30-day program to help you cultivate the habit of meditation and seal it within your unique routine.

Come join me as you experience a commitment to yourself to meditate every day, even for a minimum of five or ten minutes.

    What You Get:

    • Motivation and inspiration to start and sustain a daily mediation practice.

    • A community of fellow meditators on the journey who can share your struggles and successes.

    • Mentorship and guidance from Jeanne through the process as she helps you through many pitfalls and myths about the meditation practice.

    • Support to dispel myths about meditation that prevent us from continued practice

    • Access to a variety of meditation practices and to widen your awareness of your Higher Self.

    • Lifetime access to the recordings created specifically for the course.

    • The ability to watch your life and thoughts, keeping a sense of detachment, to prevent the rollercoaster of drama that otherwise consumes us.

    • The confidence from completing this challenge, realizing that you can do anything.

    • A calmer mind with greater skill to witness life’s experiences without being thrown by life.

    What the Program Offers:

    1. Free access to all recorded and livestream Meditation classes on the Tantra Flow Yoga platform, which range from almost 5 minutes to one-hour long.

    2. Four one-hour meetings online to address your obstacles and offer solutions to work through or around them. 6:00 – 7:00 pm PST

    How to Get Started:
Where to meditate, what time, what to do before, what to wear?, should I have an altar?, I feel awkward, etc.

    Focusing Attention:
My mind is all over the place, I’m sad/depressed so this is really difficult, I’m anxious or scared about something, I’m angry and really can’t get quiet, I’m spaced out and don’t want to leave this good feeling.

    Sticking with it:
I got up late, there really is NO time, my body hurts, I don’t feel healthy, there are so many exciting things going on, I feel good and don’t think I need this after all.

Which technique works best for me, how to keep this consistency going.

    3. Two special meditation classes devoted specifically to the students in this challenge that will not be available to the general public, 8:00 – 9:00 am PST

    4. Students in the challenge will also have free access to all of the Meditation classes in the Tantra Flow Yoga online library, (over 70 classes and counting.) These classes cover a variety of methods that are more subtle body oriented providing an awareness of the inner world within with positive energetic changes. They range from short practices (almost five minutes long) to one-hour.

    5. Free access to the Thursday Pranayama and Meditation livestream class, 9:00 – 9:30 am PST.

“My stamina to stay in meditation has definitely increased through being much more consistent, I feel noticeably better. It’s been super good to know that you don’t have to move much to find a comfortable seat. The course has been super helpful and you are just as good online as in person.
