All of my events are created with care and love and are unique opportunities to grow as a yogi and human.

One of my most favorite things is bringing different people together and seeing them enjoy each other’s company.

You will find a variety of experiences to learn more about a specific topic or share elongated time together on a journey. Each event is a created community where you can feel welcome, safe, and make new friends.  No one is left out.

My heart bursts when I see a group be touched by the teachings and care for each other. It is also a joy to be immersed within a unique culture for it expands our view, bringing more flavor and sensitivity to other ways of living. All of my events come from a desire to dive deeper into an untapped direction or topic in the world of yoga which will enrich our life and practice. Nothing is offered unless it truly is worthwhile.

BEYOND ASANA: The Forgotten Limbs of Pranayama, Pratyahara, and Dharana

Saturday and Sunday, July 11 – 12, 2026
1:30 – 5:30 pm each day

In person at Center for Yoga LA

Join me in exploring the subtle, often overlooked limbs of yoga.

Through the advanced practices of Pranayama (breath regulation), Pratyahara (turning the senses inward), and Dharana (steady concentration), you will move beyond physical postures and into a state filled with clarity, steadiness, and peace of mind.

Each day begins with an asana practice designed to prepare the body and nervous system for more refined inner work.

When we can guide the breath, we can guide the mind. These practices not only enrich and strengthen how you show up on the mat—they lead toward self-mastery, freedom from fear, and the ability to navigate life with greater courage, presence, and ease. This is the true purpose of yoga: to help us thrive, both within ourselves and in the world.// Students who take the full weekend will receive 8 hours of continuing education credits (CEP) through Yoga Alliance and Tantra Flow Yoga.
