What Vinyasa Yoga Offers
A sound basis for teaching Vinyasa Yoga. The topics of asana practice, anatomy, teaching methodology and teaching are particularly important to us. We want you to learn to teach yourself from the start and feel safe in guiding. Pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy are also part of your schedule. You end the training with a theory test and a practical test.
Your own yoga practice. Enjoy yoga. Enjoy learning. Curiosity for unknown topics. Willingness for an intensive time.
Master Teachers: Roberta & Anna
- Roberta Pröfrock is certified as an E-RYT 500 by the Yoga Alliance and runs the most successful yoga studio in Sindelfingen with a lot of heart and humor. Sequencing, teaching methodology and anatomy are her great passions when teaching.

As E-RYT 500, ParaYoga Level II certified teacher & YogaWorks senior teacher she is pure yoga knowledge and it is a great honor for us that she takes over the Bhagavad Gita again in training. Jeanne teaches practice and theory over a weekend in English.
