Event Details

WHAT WE OFFER
A sound basis for teaching Vinyasa Yoga. The topics of asana practice, anatomy, teaching methodology and lesson hours are very important to us. We want you to learn from the beginning to teach yourself and feel safe in teaching. Pranayama, meditation and the yoga philosophy are also part of your timetable. You complete the training with a theory test and a practical exam. The passed exam is certified with a Yoga Alliance certificate.

Prerequisite
An own yoga practice. Fun in yoga. Fancy learning. Curiosity for unknown topics. Willingness for an intense time.

Roberta, Anna and Jeanne Heileman
Roberta Pröfrock is certified as E-RYT 500 at the Yoga Alliance and leads the most successful yoga studio in Sindelfingen with a lot of heart and humor. Sequencing, teaching methodology and anatomy are her great passions in teaching.

Dr. Anna Schmidt-Oehm is certified as E-RYT 200 and YACEP at the Yoga Alliance. She is already training yoga teachers and is a lecturer in teacher training. As a doctorate in biology, she is not only responsible for anatomy and physiology.

Jeanne Heileman is from Los Angeles and teaches in Teacher training around the world. As an E-RYT 500, ParaYoga Level II Certified Teacher & YogaWorks Senior Teacher, she is a pure Yoga practitioner and it is a great honor for us to take on some of the yoga philosophy. Jeanne teaches on a weekend and in English.
