Weekly Classes at Tantra Flow Yoga®

Tantra Flow Yoga® integrates the physical and energetic body in every session. Expect intentional breathwork, focused mental techniques, and postures you may not find in a typical public class—all designed to awaken both strength and subtle awareness.

Each week we explore a unifying theme across our classes.

Tuesday – Vinyasa Flow
We work with the physical body and outer layers of the subtle body through mindful movement and breath.

Thursday – Pranayama & Meditation
Later in the week, we take the same theme deeper—refining the breath and steadying the mind as we explore the inner dimensions of practice.

Classes are designed to be repeated throughout the week. With each return, the techniques settle more deeply, allowing the practice—especially meditation—to truly begin its work.

All classes are recorded and added to the On Demand Library by the end of the day.
