What is ParaYoga?

You can see an article on the style of yoga that I infuse through my classes in the March 2009 issue of Whole Life Times, found locally in Los Angeles or here on the web. While this article notes that I teach ParaYoga inspired classes at Pasadena's Yoga House, my classes at YogaWorks are not much different. All my classes offer the same attention to energy blended with the fun of yoga.
